Buffet breakfast was very good and the hotel was clean.
Upon arrival, I faced a frustrating situation where I was informed that the elevator was only operational to the 5th floor, forcing us to climb four more flights of stairs. As someone with health concerns, this was a significant challenge for me and my friend. we faced inconveniences with room arrangements and a flooded room due to the maid leaving the balcony door open during a storm. It all felt quite chaotic and disheartening.

Strongly recommend for a weekend getaway
Comfortable room, enjoyable amenities, located just a short distance from the beach and with good coffee options at breakfast.

Great spot near the beach!
We really enjoyed our time here! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help out, which made everything feel so much smoother. The food was actually quite tasty, especially with a nice special diet menu available. Just wish there was a bit more space in the dining area, but honestly, we made it work. a fab place for families.

The sea view from our room was fantastic, and having a service dog with us was no issue at all. We loved the vibrant decor, which added to the fun atmosphere. Plus, the location was just steps away from the beach and nearby restaurants.
My wife says that the parking situation was a hassle.

The vibrant decor and unique art throughout the hotel created a fun and welcoming atmosphere that I truly enjoyed. Accessibility was great, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate the common areas without any hassle.
More seating in communal areas would be beneficial.

this hotel was a pretty decent spot for my group of friends. the sea view from the balcony was just beautifull and made our mornings super chill. the staff were friendly and helped us when we needed anything. also, we loved the breakfast, it was all the typical spanish stuff, which was nice. overall, it was just a comfy stay for us!
we also found the furniture in our room looking a bit old and worn.

Had a lovely stay with a great little fridge in the room and super-clean bathroom. Enjoyed unwinding by the pool and relaxing on the beach loungers after exploring the area. A minor bummer was the lack of coffee-making facilities in the room, so I'd suggest bringing your own travel kettle.

Exceptional sea view from the balcony, but the room felt cramped.

Just a nice choice for a walk in the evening in Benidorm with very good value for money. The shower had amazing water pressure, which was a delightful surprise after a hot day out. It's better to bring your own drinks if you like to stay refreshed.

missingWrote a review on May 27sea viewsunique decorbasic amenitiespoor drainagelimited breakfast
Exceptional sea views from the room were a highlight, complemented by a welcoming atmosphere with unique decor that brought a smile daily. The staff were attentive, especially the receptionist, who went the extra mile to assist with my needs. the room itself felt somewhat basic, lacking modern amenities, and the bathroom setup was less than ideal with poor drainage. Breakfast options were limited and could use more variety to be truly satisfying.
